Kentucky Fried Homicide discusses the KFC massacre in Kilgore Texas

September 23, 1983. On a Friday night when many of the citizens in the small town of Kilgore, Texas were attending the high school football game, five men and women were abducted from a Kentucky Fried Chicken, taken 14 miles up the road, and murdered. It would be 22 years before this case would appear to be solved. But y’all, this case is a hot mess. Did prosecutors put two men in prison for life for murders they didn’t commit? This is the story of the KFC Massacre.
